George is 6 years old

Can you believe my George is 6 years old??  I don't want him to grow so fast.  I feel like it was yesterday that I celebrated his first birthday.  He insisted for a darthvader cake for his birthday.  I would have rather made some other starwars characters but Darthvader is his favorite.  This kid has not seen any starwars movie and yet he is the biggest starwars fan ever.  He knows a lot about it through Sony since he is a great fan of the starwars movies.  Anyways, they can love the movie or be fans of it but I had to be the one to come up with an idea to make a starwars theme cake.  It was not so bad but definitely hard to work with the frosting for the details on his face.  Thank God for the Darthvader Mold they  had in party city. Saved my life! Phew..

We did not plan it to be a big celebration but I think God granted his wish by bringing everyone for his birthday.  My sis and family were visiting from Michigan that weekend and it happened to be his birthday.  We also had my brother and wife and my sister in law and family join us.  And of course grandparents. George had such a great and fun time with everyone.

It was his biggest dream to have everyone come for his birthday and it all worked out.  I think God will give him anything he desires for because he is such a darling boy.  Although he drives me insane 90% of the time with his extra active body and his million questions, he is my first born and my first love.  There is nothing more to add to that.

I love love love this pic...my little super hero
George, words cannot explain how much I love you my boy.  Your arrival into my life changed me forever.  I never knew I could love someone so much. You brought meaning to my motherhood.  You keep me so energetic and smart because  of your contagious happiness and joy.  You help me to change myself to become a better me.  You  have always been by my side when I need the most help trying to feed a baby and take care of Anna.  You see the things that make me most happy and try your best to do it.  I know how hard it is for you to clean and yet you surprise me with a clean room.  You take care of your sister so well and love them so much.  My eyes were filled with tears when I heard you give thanks to Jesus for giving you Anna during our morning prayer. It is hard for me to keep up with  your energy levels and your high pitch voice but I cannot imagine a day without  you.  I  love homeschooling you my Georgu..just listening to you and trying to keep you still for few minutes while I teach you math and reading is the most difficult thing and the most beautiful thing.  I cherish these moments I get to be with you.  I know there will be a day I will miss these days and I will long for these days to be back in my life.  I am not complaining but trying to enjoy every bit of you.  Love you my son.

My own photoshoot in the backyard

Our summer days were enjoyed a lot playing in the backyard.  I look back at these pictures and I miss summer terribly.  It is hard to imagine we still have 4 more months of long wait for the beautiful summer.

I am so happy and glad that we spent a lot of time outdoors this summer.  We had such fun just being outside especially having the new addition Mary joining us for everything.  She loves being held by her siblings and want to be with them all the time.  Next summer she will be on top of this tree house.

My precious 3

Anna needed a turn holding Mary

Mary was getting lit upset with the siblings taking turns and fighting to put her on their laps.

Looks like a mini house lol

My darlings

George's first day at CCD (Sunday School)

George started Kindergarten CCD this past year.  He was so excited for his first class, and so was his mother.  I think since he is homeschooled, I was also curious and excited to know how he would do in a classroom setting.  He loved it and he looks forward to Sunday every week because he loves his class.

So we all went to drop him off and Mary seemed to be the happiest one of all to drop off her big brother.

Love this face

George Lost his teeth

My Boy lost his tooth pretty early I would say.  I think normally kids loose their tooth from 6 to 8 years old.  George lost his at 5.  Well, I am glad that is over and his new teeth are all grown back up.  I  had to take him to the dentist to pull it out since the new ones were already growing behind the old ones.  So I didnt want to wait a long time for it to fall on it own.  He has kept his safe and sound in a box.

Anna turned 3

My precious girl Anna turned 3 on August 7th, 2016.  I know it was a while ago but I am only finding time to blog about it now.  Time flies like wind.  I still cannot convince myself my little Anna is 3 years old.  Oh where or where has the time gone!!

We had a small birthday cake cutting celebration at the grandparents house.  We had the main birthday party on the 7th.  She had requested for a Frozen cake.  As you can tell I did end up making one and I think it turned out pretty well.  She was super excited and I could see the sparkle in her eyes as she saw her cake.

She had also asked for a frozen backpack.  But I added this cute little microphone which plays the frozen music as well as another gift.

I love that smile on her face

A gift from our neighbor

Anna, my dear daughter, you are growing into a beautiful young girl with a great heart.  You are the best story teller I have ever seen or heard.  The way in which you can take ones imagination to another level through your cute little stories are incredible.  I wish I had more time to just keep listening to your stories.  How can someone say No to your sweet little request "mamma can i tell you a story"  You come to me with this question when I am in the kitchen cooking, when I am feeding your little sister and when we are driving.

I love playing cat with you.  That is one of your favorite thing these days.  You are the cat and I am the mom..haha You are such a considerate person my Anna.  You try your best to make me happy all the time.  If at all you feel like you made me sad you would try to hug me and kiss me and say sorry, and if you could you will make up for whatever you did by helping me clean or do something nice for me.

Anna the way you play with Mary is the most adorable thing.  You love her so much that even at your young age you are willing to give your favorite toy to her if she grabs it.  I can trust you with watching the baby while i am in a hurry to finish cooking dinner.  I am so thankful to God that he gave me such a wonderful and loving daughter.  I pray that you may grow up to be a holy and strong woman of God. I pray and hope to make many more  birthday cakes for your and celebrate the gift of You in our lives.
